Fundraiser - $65.00 - plus
cleaning. (A small event such as a card game the hall
will be free as long at the fundraising is for a
resident living in the Town of Gillams.) Larger
events such as a dance, talent show, bingo, the $65.00
fee will be applied.

THE HALL MUST BE CLEANED AFTER EACH EVENT.
IF THE HALL IS NOT CLEANED THEN A $80.00 FEE WILL BE
CHARGED.
Keys provided to people or organizations MUST be
returned NO LATER than 1pm the following day, or
additional charges may be applied.
